Food And Wine Lovers: UNITE!

It is official – the 2010 Santa Margherita Great Taste Challenge is open and ready to receive your entry!  Back for its second year, the recipe and wine pairing contest is an ideal strategy to share your special recipe and Santa Margherita wine pairing.

Not too often does an even come along that is ripe to enter for those of us that adore the pairing of our best recipes and great wines…this is one of those rare events! This is a celebration of our love of what happens when the right foods meet the perfect wines!

If you simply adore a great food and wine experience, this is going to be an absolute must!!!

Entering the contest is less complicated than ever – visit www.santamargherita.us/Contest and stick to the measures to upload your entry.  All you’ll need to begin is 1 of one’s delicious recipes that pairs perfectly with Santa Margherita Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, or Chianti Classico.  Record a fast video of yourself with your finished recipe, explaining your inspiration behind the dish and why you believe it can be the right Santa Margherita pairing.  Upload the video and your recipe towards the Santa Margherita internet site and also you are inside contest!

The 3 finalists will win a 2-day journey to Chicago to compete at the Great Taste Challenge Finale on the Chicago Gourmet Festival on September 25th.   The Great Taste~ Challenge Winner are going to be awarded an exciting 3-day journey for two to Los Angeles, and dinner with Top Chef Fan Favorite Fabio Viviani!
